ZMEUL is the traditional big mean evil opponent of romanian fairytales. His physical appearance is never precisely described, and for this depiction which was part of a sort of a video fable, ZMEUL is as a responsible yet ruthless bank manager. Bureaucrats, aren’t they more evil than any beast? If you’re not sure about it, go check at office number 33B. They’ll guide you to office 10M which is in another building and from there to office 459 which is somewhere in the opposite side of the town and then back to 33B and so on. Good luck.
